Casual Vacancy for a Parent Representative
On Monday, 11 August 2025, we notified the community about a casual vacancy for 1 year for an elected parent representative on the school board. We did not receive requests from 10% or more of eligible voters to hold a by-election.
In accordance with the Education and Training Act 2020, the board has resolved to fill the resulting vacancy by selection. This vacancy is in addition to those recently elected in the Triennial elections. The selection will be scheduled for the first board meeting with the newly elected members on November 24, 2025.
